以減脂為主,肌肉不流失即可的話(能增加是更好)
這樣的日常模式可以吃多少卡呢?
2&5 胸 二頭 各3~4個動作 8~10RM強度(不含熱身) 3組
3&6 背 三頭 各3~4個動作 8~10RM強度(不含熱身) 3組
4&7 肩 腹 腿 各3~4個動作 8~10RM強度(不含熱身) 3組 (仰臥起坐加重物20RM 3組)
重訓都是中午或早上,晚上約七八點會踩X-bike 阻力5 50分鐘 心跳>150
每周一休息完全不動
目前熱量是吃1800~2000
但是肚子卻很不爭氣的常常餓
本身不愛吃肉,飲料也不喝加糖的
目前體脂18~19% 體重80~82 基代1800左右
如果希望能有一個月減少2~3%的體脂
可以再多吃一點嗎= =?
