三餐內容
早餐:花生醬吐司 香蕉 牛奶或是茶
午餐:吐司 西瓜 芒果之類的水果
晚餐:飯或麵 有時只吃青菜和水果
其他:(可免填)
日常作息時間:大學生 早上九點多會醒來
打工到23:30 睡覺時間大約一兩點
生活型態:大學生兼打工族
運動習慣:一個禮拜兩堂熱瑜珈 一次一小時
我的問題:最近已經把食量減到很少 以前的我不只吃這樣的子
之前已經從59.5變成現在的57.5
但就卡住了 而且一吃多馬上又回增加一點點
是我太常吃水果了嗎?我ㄧ天大概都攝取兩三種的水果
但我查了網路 似乎只有香蕉熱量比較高而已
一直停滯不前 希望有人能給我意見^^
