這個月重訓剛滿12個月 只有安排重訓沒有任何有氧

不知道準不準,是否該去別間量一次,過年後有安排做DXA
想問 該怎麼增加inbody的分數?
目前只有拿到79分 進步空間頗大
重訓部位:
胸背同一天、肩排另外一天(有時候會加二三頭)
兩種菜單固定輪替
下半肢一個月只練1~2次
訓練頻率: 前面11個月每2.5天(1個月去12天)去一次健身房幾乎練滿3~4小時
上個月改一天兩練 網路爬文得知單次訓練時間過長皮質醇過高會影響增肌
才把原本3~4小時,拆成單次1.5~2小時,中間最少間隔4小時
訓練器材: 健身房各種機械器材(不碰自由重量)
飲食: 不吃滷味、油炸、傳統便當
從ubereat或熊貓 搜尋健康飲食挑選店家,
一天吃滿2500大卡(再上去擔心會肥成大肚子)
分離乳清一天喝一次(3匙)
有搭配增進腸胃消化的保健品,益生菌、益生元和蘋果醋(飯前)
