不知道是不是長期處於慢性工作壓力的原因,
身體很容易覺得心悸、頭暈、喘不過氣、到處都疼痛。
去看了幾次醫生,都沒檢查出什麼特別的狀況。
由於嚴重時會暈眩到連坐著都頭昏的地步,
在三月多的時候離職了,
原本想說離職後健康狀況應該會漸漸改善,
但還是三不五時就會產生跟之前一樣的狀況,
對日常生活有很大的困擾,也不敢去找新的工作。
想請問一下,
有沒有什麼精油是用來熏香的話可以有解除焦慮的效果呢?
或者是,可以推薦喝哪一種純露,對身體會比較好呢?
