請問一下健身後痠痛? - 健身

小弟一直以來都是在家用兩個短槓鈴做free weight,
練胸肌主要是用平躺握推 一手各50lb的重量,
不過最近練到沒力後隔天的痠痛感似乎都沒有很強烈,
常常要按壓上胸肌的部份才能感覺到痠痛,
似乎跟版上前輩們常練到有痠痛感有程度上的不同,
不過在加重量我可能也撐不到幾下?
那我現在應該要怎麼做才比較會有進步呢?
是要耐著性子做,慢慢提升重量嗎?還是再加重??加重感覺撐不住蠻危險的.
我目前的組數大概是雙手100 lb 6-12下 六組 換85 lb做到沒力 大概也是六七組
一星期練兩次 星期一 和星期四或五
