因為越來越覺得自己體力差
但是身旁的人很多好像因為運動也帶來了一些傷害
我本身以前在游泳的
但是很怕氯水會讓我掉頭好 Q Q
所以越來越沒在運動了
不過我還記得以前我只要打羽球那類的運動,整個瘠椎好像是被火燒到一樣
超熱的
想請問一下如果我這樣去跑步的話
會不會很傷關節??或者是瘠椎之類的
