目前是157/51 覺得太胖了>"<
桃花都跑光光的感覺,加上過年期間,哥哥剛好軍校放假,和他一起去運動的時候發現我
未免也太弱了一點,我哥都還沒開始喘,我就已經眼前發黑了,所以想鍛鍊一下體能。
目標是45公斤,也就是要瘦6公斤。
我是打算三餐都吃麥當勞或是MOS的莎拉一份,配開水,已經這樣吃了兩天了,其實
莎拉還滿好吃的~而且便便變的超級順暢的。
只是有點擔心會不會攝取不夠熱量,
運動的話因為目前是經期,所以就下午到學校操場走走跑跑30~40分鐘,我的體能沒辦法
連續跑,只能跑跑走走。
下個星期從台東回來,會換成游泳。
另外也有點擔心只吃蔬菜皮膚會不會變的很糟糕?如果補充牛奶夠嗎?還是該多攝取一些
水煮肉類?
