事情是這樣的,我平常是有固定健身習慣(每周三~四天.有教練帶)
目前年齡43 身高172.體重8天前是62.8 昨天去健身用體測機量了下,跟上次的數值比較一次少了0.8公斤的肌肉
體脂肪增加了2%
其實我當下傻了,我平常是有在控制飲食的,每日的脂肪控制在20~40克,蛋白質的攝取量90~100克.
碳水約130克上下(依教練給我的量控制)
上週因為膝蓋拉傷(上班不小心弄的)所以只練了兩天(1天胸+肩膀.1天背+手臂)
但是竟然會降那麼多的肌肉,我之前因為武漢肺炎在家休息了兩個多月,在完全沒有運動的狀態下也才降了1.2公斤的肌肉
請問各位大大,這種情況是機器壞掉?還是真的降了那麼多
PS:我個人照鏡子感覺體型是比之前好看.肌肉線條也比較明顯,訓練時的重量也衝過自己之前的最大重量.
結果肌肉反而降了??各位有逾過這種事情嗎?
