我沒有要減肥,
可也不想變胖,
但今天這樣是不是太爆了?
今天早上加中午,
總共吃了兩個半的起司貝果(因為早上跟下午的課黏在一起,無法出去吃正常餐)
還有一瓶脫脂牛奶(100卡)
晚餐,因為便秘的關係(今天第五天沒上廁所~快瘋了)
所以吃很多,有:
芭樂兩顆、香蕉一根、滷味三份蔬菜(有加滷汁)、
自助餐兩份蔬菜、一塊糖醋里肌、半個炸豆皮、一瓶每朝
我都不敢算我今天到底吃了多少熱量
我一天所需熱量(日常活動+基代)約莫是1500
