請問做有氧運動時,要如何才比較適當??? - 美體

我最近剛買了L牌的健身車,想請教各位大大:
1.在做運動時,是否不要吹冷氣的好?
PS:室溫調27度,沒有直吹。
2.運動時,身上若有穿類似雨衣那種不透氣的衣服促進排汗,是否有用?
3.運動30分鐘,調到重力8,時速約20~25,顯示的卡洛里約300kcal,這樣夠嗎?
4.若是想要在騎健身車時,一起練手臂下的拜拜肉,要如何做?
我 163/68 ,是全身均勻肥的,手臂、腰、下腹部、大小腿都是肉肉的,
請各位有經驗的大大,可以給我一些建議,謝謝~
