昨天 我問了一個朋友說
我持續爬山爬了一個月...
每天至少二十分鐘 最長只有三十分到四十分鐘吧
但瘦的效果似乎不大 且= =腰似乎有胖了一吋的現像
結果 他說爬山沒有用他只會長小腿的肌肉
(心中 非常的大驚= ="")
要慢跑或騎家庭式的腳踏車 或有氧運動....
讓自已有喘的感覺.....
所以爬山 的效果真的不大嗎?
