我都是晚上要睡前才會做這些運動
1."用屁股走路"繞地板兩圈,做到會流汗、有點喘
2.做側抬腿,一隻腳約50下,但我的速度不會特別放慢,正常速度
通常小腿也會超級痠,這是正常的嗎?
3.接下來是剪刀腳,這比較累人,我基本是30下,如果覺得還可以就再多做
4.最後是身體呈90度,腰與屁股離開床面,約撐10分鐘
我吃飯都正常吃,沒有特地要減肥,只想雕塑身材
偶爾會敲膽經,抹乳液扭大腿等
