9月菜單(7月比這多600卡, 8月比這多300卡)
早餐:飯糰or地瓜(200g)兩者擇1,茶葉蛋蛋白*4,低脂牛奶or豆漿二擇1
午餐:公司發的便當不吃飯, 油炸類去皮, 所有菜過水, 盒裝水果*1
(7月飯全吃, 八月吃一半, 九月不吃)
晚餐:蘋果*1 燙青菜*4(水燙加醬油), 溫泉蛋*1
(七月一個飯糰, 八月半個飯糰, 九月沒飯糰)
下午餓了會多吃水果一份
日常作息時間:(睡眠、工作、...等時間)
7:00起床, 7:10~7:30肌力訓練, 9:00~19:30工作, 20:00~21:00游泳, 23:00睡覺
生活型態:(上班族、學生、體力工作者、運動員、...)
上班族
運動習慣:(有氧運動請務必寫明心跳數、時間長短)
每天游泳 1500m, 32分鐘(7月是45分鐘), 半身滾輪 20*5(7月為10*3)
不定時慢跑, 六日跳舞機2小時(跳七分鐘休息兩分鐘) 心跳數 150/分鐘
我的問題:(請將您主要的疑問陳述於此)
7/1開始減肥, 吃的份量每個月減少300卡(晚餐和中午便當飯的量)
從103公斤開始到84公斤都還很順利,
目前卡82公斤已經3星期, 這一星期把游泳增加到每天2000m(45分鐘)依然無效,
熱量攝取是我能維持正常工作效率的最底限
請問我現在維持原狀能否克服停滯期? 還是要再增加運動量?
