目前減重到現在好像又進入了下一個階段
最近變化開始又變慢了
想問問各位前輩目前菜單和作息是否要改進
早餐:鮪魚蛋餅+統一豆漿
中餐:蘿美生菜3大片+雞里肌肉2小條+水煮蛋一顆+苜蓿牙+千島醬+一杯
烏青少冰不加糖(500CC)+(二塊紅豆餅或一塊小7蛋糕)
()裡的甜食是慾望燃燒時才會吃
晚餐:蘿美生菜3大片+雞里肌肉2小條+苜蓿牙+千島醬+一杯蒟蒻&優酪乳(馬克杯)
晚餐後一個半至二小時出去跑個25分鐘
每天用餐和運動是如此
不知道那邊可以再改進?
