其實這種不清不楚的資料多不勝枚舉..
(話說有用的資料經反覆嚴格驗證之後才夠格成為資訊...= =)
文中都只說『美國研究』啦啥的....請問是啥機構?數據基礎來源??相關研究???
殊不知在減肥過程中的『心理』變化影響甚鉅...而這類型的方式易讓一些自制力較差
的人步入以下『岐途』.....= =
『今天大吃→明天少吃』
慢慢就會畸變成
『這幾天大吃→過幾天少吃甚至不吃』
再來就進入了憂鬱的『暴食→厭食』(恐怖迴圈)
坦白說以前涉世未深的我還可能被tiger(唬)過去
現在?甲卡麥!(菸~)
會po上來是希望這類型資料別誤導或一點一滴蠶食正努力導正錯誤觀念的
健減(健康減肥)重生人!^o^

ps:好冷啊...大家要吃飽一點...出去跑的也要穿暖一點..^_^
