請問外食族增肌的優質食物? - 健身

版上各位三項500的巨巨水水晚上好
本肥肥進健身房5個月左右了
從173/73->173/68
據周遭的人說 我瘦滿多的也變比較有線條
但就是肌肉量感覺根本沒變QQ
而且三項沒什麼進步(大概才160Q-Q)
因為外食所以能吃的變化不多
目前的安排是
早餐:
1.濃豆漿300ml+20gNZMP+15gPB2花生粉+25左右燕麥 果汁機打碎
2.吐司2-3三片
3.全家御飯糰or雞腿or雞胸 三擇一
午餐:
公司便當 白飯通常煮很得難吃 常常吃不完(菜會吃完)
晚餐:
1.陽春麵一碗
2.燙青菜一盤
3.有時會來個海帶+豆腐or豆乾各一塊
點心:
堅果20-30克 燕麥棒 蛋白棒 低脂牛奶 美祿 香蕉
以上挑2-3樣 於早上10點與下午3點左右吃
運動完會來杯20g草莓NZMP
講了那麼多 其實基本上都是廢話
請問各位版上大大
外食增肌有什麼好選擇嗎Q-Q
PS.我有胃食道逆流 高油脂 炸物等 很多都不能吃
