請問如何規劃合乎基礎代謝率的飲食 - 美體

體重:120
BMI: 35.8
體脂率:(若不知道請至保健室、健身房、醫院、藥妝店等處測量)
參考照片:(可免填)
三餐內容
早餐:素食飯糰/煎蛋吐司/薯餅蛋堡 + 綠奶茶或鮮奶茶 350cc
午餐:五樣菜 + 1~1.5碗飯 或2塊關廟麵 + 青菜 + 豆製品(湯或乾)
晚餐:炒飯/麵/20個水餃 + 小菜 + 湯品
其他:偶爾以川燙滷味當晚餐
日常作息時間:睡眠 6~7hr/工作 8~10hr/休閒 8~7hr(睡眠、工作、...等時間)
生活型態:上班族
減肥方式:無
問題陳述:
因為懶~所以很少去運動,聽說鮮少運動的人吃低於基礎代謝率的食物,也會自己瘦下來
所以我想請問要怎麼吃到基礎代謝率或是嘗試運動與基礎代謝率balance達到瘦身的目的
