如題
新手我目前20歲,從小到大沒進過健身房...自2月底開始努力減脂,到目前大概為兩個多月

體重:105
身高:180
體脂:那時候沒測,估計有30up
其實一直到3月底才開始有減脂的基礎概念(感謝體適能版),開始計算熱量,之前都只是吃少點,然後晚上去跑跑步
也是在那個時候才開始計算自己的飲食,而在4月初的時候,開始養成每週二早上不喝水跑去衛生所量體脂的習慣

那目前的飲食我是控制在每日1800大卡以下,但其實平均下來大概是每日1600大卡
吃的東西每天變化不大,大概如下

目前的運動,主要都是
第一二天
跑5km(配速5:20)+走2km跑2km
第三天
快走(7km/hr) 1hr
三天持續反覆
然後偶爾再搭配一些些自重深蹲
目前的減脂速度雖然不快,但我還能接受,現在比較猶豫的是飲食,及是否要開始上健身房增肌的部分
爬版上大部分的文,感覺大家建議減脂跟增肌分開來做比較好,而我原定是想一直減脂到體脂肪15左右,再開始吃多一點+去健身房訓練
但今天看到了最近才關注的peeta葛格的影片,照裡頭的表格,我現在的體脂是能試試進入增肌期了
而我比較擔心的是,比如現在我讓自己吃到2000大卡之類,會不會身體馬上開始瘋狂增加脂肪,反而變成復胖惹
身邊的朋友健身大多都是從比較瘦時開始,所以都沒有經歷減脂的流程(羨慕QQ),請問板上各位大大有沒有從比較胖開始健身的相關經驗,能否講解一下增肌時飲食該怎麼去注意?
