我身高158,體重不超過50,肝脂肪2,體脂肪不超過22%,年齡26
大概半年多都是這樣的情形了,最近卻愈吃愈多。
以前我是牛排的鐵板麵絕對吃不下的人…現在卻…
各位朋友,請問我以下菜單有需要去看醫生嗎?(很認真問)
身邊的家人跟朋友都說我的食量太大了…
跟國中同學去吃燒烤吃到飽,男生都停止動手了,我還一直去夾…一直烤…一直吃
愈來愈不知道自己為什麼老是吃那麼多卻很慢才有飽的感覺…
但我不會催吐,也沒有急速減重過。
早餐:蘋果+起司+麥片+蔥抓餅+蘿蔔糕
or薯條+蛋餅(總有兩個主食)
午餐:控肉飯不加控肉+大蒜麵包+珍奶大杯
or便當+起司豬排漢堡+旺旺仙貝x5+芭樂+冰棒
晚餐:七個甜甜圈+牛肉麵+牛肉炸醬麵
宵夜:雞排+甘梅薯條
or+豆乾+米血+芋稞+銀絲捲)+珍奶大杯
or串烤x3+小雞腿x2+水煎包+地瓜球
or蘇打餅乾一大包(約45片)
or法蘭酥x20+科學麵
這問題如果不能在這問,晚點自刪喔,謝謝^^"
