基本資料
性別:(男/女) 男
年齡: 29
身高: 176
體重: 90
BMI: 29
體脂率: 25.6
基礎代謝率: 1816
三餐內容
早餐: 乾麵+豬腸湯 或是 蛋餅+蔥肉餅+豆漿
午餐: 3/4碗飯,青菜3~4道 魚或肉類兩到三道(家人煮)
晚餐: 同午餐
其他:宵夜 麥片五湯匙+奶粉兩匙
日常作息時間:早上七點半起床 11點半睡
生活型態:目前準備留學申請
運動習慣:
1. 中午12:00~1:30 爬山 心跳130
2. 下午五點~六點 游泳或是跑步 心跳130
我的問題:
最近兩個月瘦了7~8公斤,最近有刻意減少飯量 想說可以瘦快一點
但有發現肌力變得很弱.就全身的力量好像使不上來.....
請問我不是應該補充一些蛋白質?還是要增加澱粉類的攝取量?(飯吃多點?)
因為我開始減肥後 幾乎只吃正餐 麵包甜點幾乎不碰
不知道為什麼最近開始覺得有點虛 肌肉也常常感覺酸酸的,
上次看57健康同學會, 潘懷宗有說如果澱粉類攝取不夠會減到肌肉,
所以有點擔心
我是不是方法用錯了呢?? 蛋白質和澱粉要怎麼吃才不會瘦到肌肉?
因為我本身有在踢球 ,還蠻需要肌肉來增加對抗性的,主要想瘦掉肥肉
這樣會比較靈活也比較不容易累
