早餐:無 (睡醒11點)
午餐:自助餐 三菜1肉(雞腿去皮去肥肉) 11:30吃
晚餐:全麥鮪魚生菜吐司+蛋+高鈣脫脂牛奶 6-7:00吃
其他:半夜2-3點才睡,晚餐到睡前肚子餓會吃1顆奇異果或是兩片蘋果(約1/3顆)
日常作息時間:半夜2-3點睡,中午11點起床
生活型態:經營補習班
健康狀況:無特殊狀況,除了太肥
運動狀況:健身房
1周6天
每天1小時跑步機快走40分10%坡度(5-5.5KM/H)心率150-160
20分慢跑(6-9KM/H)間歇,心率150-170
1小時飛輪RPM100-120,山路模式26KM左右,心率140-160
1小時橢圓交叉訓練機(16-20KM/H,WATT80-100),心率150+
1小時全身性重量訓練(手臂胸,腰臀,大小腿,交替)
以上行程在4.5小時內完成
另每週上2-3次飛輪課
4小時內約喝掉3-4000C.C水份
我的問題:
當了30年胖子之後
上週二(10/28)因某私人事情,下定決心要減肥(想在3-4個月瘦20KG)
在之前完全沒有運動習慣(下班後就是坐電腦前打電動),或出門社交
吃東西的狀況也不正常,高糖高熱量油炸樣樣來,最胖曾經到99KG
下定決心後在上週二入會了某健身會館
當天量體重94.2,體脂肪34.8%
經過了一周自己摸索的訓練(按上面的運動狀況)
在這個週二量體重變90.5(吃飯後),體脂肪32%
教練說我這樣太誇張,要我減少有氧訓練,以及總運動的時間
所以我的問題來了,請問各位減重的前輩們
我在運動前後所吃的東西是否正確
約11:30吃自助餐 三菜1肉(雞腿去皮去肥肉)
12:30到達健身房,熱身拉筋舒展半小時
1:00-5:30運動
運動完吃全麥鮪魚生菜吐司+蛋+高鈣脫脂牛奶
另外想問的
目前有打算增加重量訓練的時間與強度(目前約40分-1小時)
並且攝取更多的蛋白質(乳清,高蛋白粉,雞胸肉,鯛魚片)
請問這樣做是否正確
最後想問的
另外是否要照教練說的減少運動量(入會免費送的一堂教練課說的)
對於一個10天前毫無運動習慣(應該說根本沒在運動的人)
是否應該要慢慢來減緩速度
