小弟我今年20歲
為了健康跟幸福著想決定擺脫跟著我20年的胖身體
還有一個原因是因為被我妹刺激到了
她以前是小胖妹可是現在瘦超多 應該少了有10幾公斤
以下的計劃是依據她的經驗做出來的

原PO我目前身高180公分 體重87公斤
希望最少能減到75
計畫是
早餐正常吃
午餐也吃但幾乎不碰澱粉
然後過了午餐後就幾乎不吃東西
不過我因為要吃藥 有氣管疾病 為了避免空腹吃藥晚餐會吃一顆橘子
她說是依據排便來計算進食時間
也就是從大便到下一次進食 至少需間隔15個小時
運動的話 就是每天慢跑15分鐘以上
我想說就跑1600就好了.. 因為我是扁平足跑久腳真的會痛
然後洗澡前伏地挺身20下
睡前仰臥起坐40下 抬腿左右各50下 然後做一點擴胸運動
請問前輩們 這樣有辦法在半年內達成目標嗎?
或是有需要改進的地方?
