請問最少吃到基代的論點? - 健身

我是否已經詳讀置底文及精華區中的版規:是

有去量過自己的基代大概1600
依照板娘指示,基代佔一天的總熱量60~70%
所以我可以吃 2285~2667 卡左右
昨天突然想到為什麼不能只吃超過基代(1600)一點點
譬如吃1650、1700,或是1800都可以,都低於2200~2600
反正我吃到基代了,理論上不會造成身體的困擾
然後日常生活會做動的動作就當做多消耗的熱量?
印象中以前好想有看過類似的介紹文,但是爬了一天都沒看到QQ
也或許是我關鍵字打錯了
如果已有詳細的文章可以說明,煩請提供一下
又或是另外幫我解說一番~~
