請問減脂期所謂「維持重訓強度」的意思是 - 健身

常聽到大神們討論,減脂期間想要盡量維持住肌肉量,則必須做到:
1.熱量赤字不要突然大幅下降。
2.蛋白質攝取量要相對提高。
3.重訓強度要維持住。
前二點很好了解。但第三點到底是什麼意思呢?
好比,如果槓鈴臥推原本是做60公斤 x 12下 x 3組,那減脂期:
1.做到和原本一模一樣60公斤 x 12下 x 3組。
2.做到60公斤 x 12下 x 2組。少做1組,但每組依然是60公斤 x 12下。
3.做到40公斤 x 18下 x 3組。降重但提高每組次數,總訓練容量和原本一樣。
4.其他。。。
我記得看過peeta講,減脂期重訓時間最好不要超過45分鐘,這樣看來好像是2比較合理。
那麼,所謂的「維持重訓強度」到底是什麼意思呢?
