我算出來我一天的營養分配如下:
蛋白質:114g
脂肪:57g
碳水化合物:153g
蛋白質我是用體重磅數x0.8,乘1我覺得好像太多了有點難達標,
1.想請問蛋白質除了肉豆蛋白質之外,有包含這兩項營養以外的蛋白質嗎??
2.脂肪除了食用油/堅果/肉類油脂之外的脂肪也算在內嗎??
3.碳水除了澱粉之外,例如青菜類也有碳水,要包含嗎??
