請問跑步對膝蓋的影響 - 美體

我大概持續運動一年多了,當然開始都是漸近式一直持續到現在
只是現在的運動方式,被家人說很暴力.
我的跑步機品牌是高島的,因為已習慣跑步,所以我的速度是8.5跑10分鐘,
9.0跑20分鐘,9.5跑20分鐘,10.0跑10分鐘總共小時,好像有跑到9.2公里,消耗應
有700卡左右吧!其實我本來是不管數據的,但會擔心說自己是否真的太
暴力會傷了膝蓋.
其實我跑速設為9.5時才勉強會喘,當然跑10.0更喘,但9.0,8.5頂多只是讓我
流汗而以,從來都不覺得膝蓋痛,頂多只是小腿痛(但只是偶爾),其實我跑
速7.0維持了好幾個月,後來才開始加快的.
目前BMI約20,自從有運動以來,我覺得身體變好了,雖不是每天,但有機會
我就會跑步,只是我的跑步方式需要改進嗎?請教大家.
