勤走路 胖男半年甩肉27公斤

24歲的印度電腦軟體公司老闆湯瑪斯,在六個月內,
僅靠每天勤走路和偶而的有氧運動,
從最初的120公斤體重減少了27公斤,平均每月減肥四公斤以上。
印度媒體今天發自南部城市班加羅爾的報導,
湯瑪斯的走路減肥方法其實很簡單,
每天上午和傍晚各走路二小時,
繞著住家附近的圓環街道約500公尺長,來回走上20到25圈。
其間,他還有幾天的時間練習瑜伽和有氧運動。但湯瑪斯接受媒體訪談時強調,
自己並沒有特別的減肥食譜,依舊是葷素不忌。
他說:「我喜歡嚐試各式飲食,不想節食,唯一做的就是走路。」
他表示,儘管當初擔心自己太肥胖,但並沒有諮詢任何醫師,
只是決定採取最方便和最經濟走路減肥。
