目前為止沒上健身房、沒使用任何輔助器材、可以的話不想變大隻、不想增重,
希望版上各位前輩能夠毫不留情地指出我身材上的缺點,讓我決定要不要改變方針。
如果有任何建議,我也會仔細聽取。
非常謝謝大家在給我明確意見的同時都沒有想要鞭我的打算,
這一點讓我非常有問對人的感覺,
坦白說第一張圖是一個多月前拍的,今天中午突然想到才來問問看還有沒有什麼
努力空間。
第二張圖是剛剛拍的,胸部應該有比較明顯了吧?當然體重是沒有變的。
之所以這麼在意體重是因為我是屬於先胖臉的體質,
以前曾經嘗試增加5公斤的時候大概有2.5公斤都跑到臉上了。
然後我身邊的女性友人又一直說我的臉跟大肌肉其實不是很搭,
每次練身體的時候都覺得自己好像在練健康的這樣。
