請問這樣會變胖還是變瘦 - 健身

我沒有毅力持續運動或節食之類
目前也沒有很強烈欲望要瘦
只希望不要胖下去就可以
最近雖然緩慢 但體重還是慢慢上升
大概 一年年0.8~0.9公斤左右
連續三年都這樣上升
但目前我還算可接受範圍 但快到極限了
我最近因為某些原因 飲食習慣改變了
原本是一份早餐 中餐 晚餐 正常吃
現在變成 兩份早餐 十一點吃午餐 晚餐沒吃
也因為晚餐沒吃 導致早餐份量多了一倍
中餐份量不變
請問這樣子改變的飲食習慣
會變更胖嗎?
請教告路高手
