在這個版潛水一段時間了 給我很多正確的觀念
先講我身體的狀況
因為身體的關係 目前是處於更年期狀態(沒有賀爾蒙,且不能補充)
因為手術拿掉一些淋巴的關係 下肢容易水腫 循環不佳
身高158 體重55
飲食方面
早餐 通常是一個貝果或是兩片土司 加上一杯果菜汁(用鳳梨、蘋果、紅蘿打)
午餐 一碗五穀飯 四樣青菜
晚餐 燙大量的青菜 加上一點麵條或是五顆水餃
下午若是覺得餓會吃蘇打餅乾或是包子
水每天會喝2000左右 一個月會喝5~6次的飲料(半糖)
運動方面
每個星期會有一次瑜珈 三次有氧舞蹈運動(一個小時)
會打二次羽球(約一個小時 不是很激烈的 但會流汗)
會快走二次(二十分鐘) 慢跑一次(約四十分鐘)
之前的體重是58左右 但是運動將近10個月 並沒有瘦很多 身型有比較好看
所以現在把運動時間增多 飲食則無太大改變 希望可以瘦到50左右
(之前就是只有有氧跟羽球)
想請大家給我點意見 有哪裡需要改進的
