三餐內容
早餐:花生醬抹厚片土司 1 or 燒餅油條一套
有加糖的微甜熱豆漿一杯
水果一份(之前是芭樂 番茄 本週是鳳梨)
午餐:
1.乾麵3-4碗 (平常吃飯的那種碗)
2.高麗菜粥1.5碗公 (高麗菜加瘦肉絲、香菇, 和油炸紅蔥一起爆炒
再將生米和醬油稍炒一下 最後加水熬煮成粥)
3.湯麵1碗公(高麗菜瘦肉絲香菇和魚丸一顆)
下午會出現水果
晚餐:
1.白米飯1-1.5碗
+(以下菜色至少取3種:高麗菜、空心菜、絲瓜、龍鬚菜、番茄蛋、蔥花蛋、煎豆腐
滷豆皮、炒豆乾、芹菜...可能還有其他的菜 = =)
+(以下肉任選一:烤鴨、滷肉、滷豬腳、白切三層肉)
2.地瓜稀飯3-4碗
+蔥花蛋、高麗菜、魚、菜脯
晚上也會再出現水果..
日常作息時間:(睡眠、工作、...等時間)
八點左右起床 吃早餐 有機會可能喝那種現泡的高山茶
騎腳踏車出發唸書 -->
十二點回家吃午餐
洗完碗下午又出發唸書
(回家水果出現)
五點半運動
六點半或七點多吃晚餐
洗完碗洗澡
晚上唸書
睡前喝茶 聊天 看電視
(水果會端出來...)
打電腦
最後躺在床上抬腿 然後保養睡覺
十一點半左右
生活型態:(上班族、學生、體力工作者、運動員、...)

慢跑 跑六休一
35-45分鐘
3500-4500公尺
運動中停下來測量心跳20秒x3 = 120-135
偶爾去游泳(一個月兩三次吧) 游一小時
心跳不知道orz

寫完這份表我對自己更了解了!
原來我這麼幸福^__^
不過還是希望脂肪可以少一點
因為家裡的食物是母親在控制的
除非家人提出特殊要求
不然就...沒什麼改變
如果可以 我希望盡量不要改變飲食的情況下來減肥
(可以吃多一點啦 少吃或是要求不能油煎會讓爸媽難做orz
畢竟全家共食 我不想增加他們的麻煩啦)
這樣的生活我過了大概3個多月吧
不過從培養運動時算起
我從去年年中後就開始慢跑了~
體重一咪咪都沒有下降
體脂的話最近才去量@@ 所以不知道是不是有減少
外表的話...其實沒有差很多orz 褲子還是緊的
最近還被誇獎臉變圓 QQ
但是有在運動精神好非常的多
而且運動場有好多青春的肉體
運動已經變成我每天最期待的時候了!
我想請問 要怎麼改進才會讓減脂成果更好呢??
