早餐: 一根香蕉 + 一杯牛奶(300 C.C.)
午餐: 公司都訂便當 一定得吃 我盡量飯吃1/3 主菜1/2 菜全吃 多喝兩份附的清湯
晚餐: 一顆小橘子 + 蔬菜湯(香菇+高麗菜 加一點醬油調味)
請問這樣是OK的嗎???
我一直都吃很多 好想改變喔 像個大胖豬一般
