小弟不才
自詡玩健力 但也只有買過vg拉力帶和R牌腰帶
沒有腰帶我站都站不好 沒有拉力帶我什麼小都拉不起來
但除了這兩樣輔助用具,我覺得超必要外,剩下的護腕護膝甚至彈弓等都沒買過了。
最近起了想買護腕的念頭,畢竟護腕好像是除了拉力帶之外最常見的護具了。
小弟臥推極限大約在125-130公斤,訓練組通常大約落在105-115左右,是沒有什麼動作上和手腕上的問題,以上的重量也都是在現在沒有護腕下完成
只是最近開始想衝臥推,想到自己臥推卡在這好像也一年左右了,在想,添購護腕會不會好一點?
打球有斷過手腕,但臥推是沒有造成手腕任何問題過就是了,也在想臥推多了護腕的支撐到底能撐多少?之前偶然用過朋友的SBD,用起來是有比較穩的感覺
如果要添購
在考慮幾個牌子:
1.迪卡儂:不用多說,便宜實惠,但不知道好不好用就是了
2.SBD:我瞭解他可能是最好的,但也是最貴的,雖然沒差多少錢,但我對護腕的用途有點遲疑,所以有想過,我可能不需要用最頂的護腕(目前推到120以上都沒需求了,臥推手腕也不會痛或是支撐不夠力的感覺)
3.Rouge:帥氣,但聽說偏軟
4.RDX:以他們其它產品來推測,應該是走經濟實惠耐用風格,風評不錯。
5.Blvd of god:女生愛牌,沒有合我size的legging不如買個護腕過過癮
沒啦XD 只是東看西看發現他們有出護腕有點好奇。這是我女友的包色愛牌加上他們家的兩個代言人都算是我的同事,想說如果它們護腕可以的話我也可以支持一下,剛剛逛了一下還發現有一款橘色的好看
