變壯是跳鄭多燕的過度現象嗎 ? - 減肥

我平常不太運動,
加上膝蓋受過傷,所以最多的運動就是走路,
體能上是弱雞一枚 XD
直到最近在版上發現鄭多燕這號人物後
才開始有了比較持續的運動,
說持續大概也才兩個禮拜每天跳30分鐘的鄭多燕而已
但這已是我運動生涯的大突破了
只是..
第一個星期過去,我發現腰肚變緊實了,開心之下更努力跳
但是第二個星期過後
我發現自己變壯了,[ 我是女生 > < ]
先是某天刷牙時,我看到自己的肩膀好壯,
脖子左右兩側後方連接到肩膀的那兩塊感覺隆起
有點像電影勇者無敵弟弟肩膀的線條那樣 <-- 但還沒那麼壯 就類似那種感覺
手臂也是,肩膀也看起來變寬變強壯了
然後是大腿
我一直覺得連續兩星期天天運動跟過去從不動的身形相較
一定會變比較瘦
可是出門時照到店家的鏡子,都清楚的顯示我的腿看起來比從前還粗壯 Q.Q
[ 我房間的鏡子只能照上半身,所以自己一直以為腿這麼酸一定看起來變細了 ]
這兩星期運動完我都有按摩 + 抬腿
這兩個星期我還有減少食量,
兩個星期沒上體重計,忍不注站上去量
發現體重重了一公斤 > <
驚慌之餘昨晚爬了好多關於鄭多燕的文
有些人說是過渡期,有些大概就是沒遇到這情況直接瘦了
但現在壯壯的自己 我看了真的很不喜歡
覺得很沒女人味
突然想到之前有翻過一個藝人張茵茵的減肥書
她說要先減脂再塑身
我是為了減肥才跳鄭多燕,
但她的DVD好像是為了塑身而設計的 ?
我是不是應該先想辦法讓體重數字下降再塑身會比較好呢 ?
[ 例如先換其他種運動方式大量運動搭配飲食 最後再用鄭多燕雕塑 ? ]
