之前就有嘗試過洗油頭
但是是用jojoba+精油
洗完頭皮很舒服,髮根很蓬鬆,髮尾跟用市售護髮品差不多,算有滋潤到
看到板上大推椰子油
我也買了一罐椰子油來嘗試
我買的是長庚生技冷壓椰子油
一打開,就飄來了味道超重的椰子味
我一直很擔心會不會都是椰子味
事實證明,就是滿頭椰子味 (眼神死) QQ
保養方式就跟其他板友分享的一樣
乾髮的時候就把油倒在頭皮上
然後輕輕按摩,讓頭皮全部都抹上
接著再把剩下的油倒在頭髮上
重複幾次按摩頭皮再順著髮絲帶到髮尾
最後再用大夾子把頭髮夾在頭頂
我的頭髮是中長髮,髮量多,髮質粗硬,因為固定染燙所以是受損髮
我沒有等太久,不超過一小時,我就準備洗掉了
用一般的洗髮精洗2~3次
把頭皮確實的洗乾淨
洗完之後吹乾會發現
髮根很蓬鬆
頭皮很舒服
但是頭髮非常乾硬像稻草一樣 = ="
會打結而且很難梳開
然後再加上整個頭都是椰子味 (滿頭的椰子餅乾味道)
超崩潰的 QQ
我以為是我自己使用錯誤
又多試了幾次
結果還是一樣
頭皮是舒服的,也很蓬鬆,但是頭髮糾結到不行
又乾又硬又打結 (再次崩潰!)
後來有群友教我混和一些jojoba使用
情況有稍微改善
但是因為椰子油佔的比例較高(三分之二)
我的頭髮還是打結
我後來學聰明了
用椰子油按摩頭皮,然後在用洗髮精洗的最後一次時用市售護髮霜護髮尾
才解決了乾硬、打結的問題
結論
用椰子油按摩頭皮很舒服
但是用來護髮效果不佳
而且滿頭椰子味
(約會前一天絕對不能使用!)
