餓死抬頭
原PO身高161,體重47-49,因為骨頭比較小又是扁身,肩寬只有30
一直以來的運動都是慢跑和打球,這半年開始發現鄭多燕不受限時間和天氣就變心投靠
大概是曲線有變緊實一點,導致上半身看起來更單薄......
爬文有看到游泳可以練肩寬
不過我不會游泳而且泡水會胸悶很不舒服QAQ
還有什麼陸地上的運動可以改善的嗎?
另外我發現這半年下來鄭多燕讓我長出了馬甲線和一點點模糊的腹肌
有人也有這種情形嗎XD
順便求一下長腹肌的運動好了XDD
最近一直摸覺得很有成就感~
