小弟滿喜歡喝豆漿的
除了覺得好喝之外 攝取蛋白質又方便
我無糖豆漿一天喝大概快1.4L
早餐一瓶(450ML)
下午肚子餓也會買一瓶來喝(450ML)
晚上吃完飯想喝點飲料也會拿無糖豆漿來喝 大概喝個300多ML
請問這樣喝對身體OK嗎?
三餐有湯的話都不會喝
除了水跟豆漿之外還會喝美式咖啡(不加糖.奶)或無糖綠
然後一天喝水大概3~4L
有爬文過 看到說豆漿喝太多可能會有普林值過高的問題?
請問除了這個問題還會有什麼問題呢?
