最近上下班多用走路,
我自己是把它當作健走啦,我走路速度一直都很快,
詳細里程不太清楚,從我家到工作地點大約五、六站(公車),
從我家走到公司大約要三、四十分,
走一走覺得很清爽,但是腿好痠啊~
請問要如何才能紓減酸痛,有爬文大家說拉筋有用,
想請問要拉筋的動作?謝謝。
