跑步一星期,昨天突然暴肥2Kg - 美體

已經連續出門慢跑超過一周半了
從一開始的5~6分鐘,現在至少都可以跑上20-30分
不管前面跑多久,最後都會用2-3分衝刺一首歌的時間
跑完之後會走路
運動時間大概都超過一小時(不過我走路都在玩手機)
三餐正常,偶爾偷吃宵夜(兩次,都吃油炸的那種零食)
剛開始每天都會瘦個一點點,原本已經瘦快要兩公斤了
沒想到昨天卻突然體重暴增(88 -> 90 目標70)
我唯一想得到的點是昨天日夜顛倒
一晚上沒睡,然後白天睡9點到下午4點
真想死.... 想請問日夜顛倒一次有影響這麼大嗎?
還是一片花生醬吐司的關係?
我在家玩電腦會站馬步 玩手機會拉筋 外加跑步
頂多就是晚上大概都睡四五個小時,再睡午覺
食量沒什麼變
可是超難瘦QQ 到底關鍵是什麼?
零食? 大概兩天吃一次
飲料? 每天頂多是一杯25元咖啡或麥香奶茶
睡眠? 這真的比較不正常,經常凌晨睡9點10點起床,然後中午又睡3-4小時
因為我的工作不吃會無法思考(我的腦袋需要糖分)
不過如果零食飲料有影響這麼大的話,還是會戒
