穿硬底鞋摩擦力較大,感覺好像比較有效果,但很可能會讓小腿肌肉肥大,產生蘿蔔腿...穿軟底鞋如慢跑鞋,走路起來輕飄飄的,沒有什麼摩擦力,感覺比較沒有什麼運動效果,但對小腿的肌肉比較不會刺激那麼大...各有利弊...我每天都會外出走路或快走一個半小時,長期下來小腿有點肌肉肥大了,應�
