我的膝蓋有摔車過
跑步後都會痛
而且膝蓋承受很大的重量
可是游泳我也不會游
記得有個教練跟我說
不會游泡在裡面也會瘦(這我是不太信)
在水中走路的效果好嗎?
開學後才有同學要教我游泳
目前只會打水
還是我就打水加水中走路呢?
回學校後也會去健身房騎腳踏車
大腿肉好結實囧
我是女生>"<
體重有達三位數了
