跑步手臂很痠?/馬尾怎綁 - 健身

嗨大家好 ^_< 有些問題想問版上的各位
Q1
最近開始培養慢跑的習慣,不過這幾次慢跑回來(都跑30mins 圈數不一定)
隔天痠的竟然不是腿,而是手臂肌肉痠痛?有時候是肚子或肩膀 = =
慢跑時我會把手臂放在胸前擺動,跑的時候有感覺到自己有在用力
另外每次跑步時手臂都會麻麻的,就像血流不過去一樣
可是運動時感覺應該要血脈賁張啊,真的很怪很不舒服
有人知道如何改善嘛手麻嘛?還有跑步時手要怎麼擺才對才不會痠痛?

尤其是綁很緊的高馬尾,最容易鬆掉,一下就垮掉了
可是看到其他跑步的美眉馬尾都不動如山,想知道是怎麼辦到的?
