運動習慣:每周運動6-7天,以重訓、飛輪、流行舞蹈、曲線雕塑、熱瑜珈為主
搜尋過板上以及估狗大神,
發現大多跑步跑到一半會癢大多是許久沒有運動,再回來運動時才會發作
但我一直都有運動習慣,只是近十個月較少跑步,而以飛輪作為主要有氧
最近為了路跑,又再開始跑步,
大概跑到第8~10分鐘時(速度達8.5~9),就會開始癢......
雖然心肺以及腿都不會累,但就癢到跑不下去,停了休息一下,就又不會癢
我以前蕁麻疹很嚴重的日子也都有在跑步,但也沒有這情況發生
(每周跑5天,每次6~7km/40~45分鐘左右)
完全想不出原因,還是我現在的過敏原變成跑步了囧
想請教除了吃抗組織胺以外,有什麼方式可以解決呢
