跑步的呼吸方式 - 美體

各位版大們好:
小妹最近很努力的在運動和控制飲食
因為快三十歲了~代謝確實變慢很多~
這一個月開始運動時間和次數比以前多很多~
平均每週3次快走+慢跑(30分鐘~1小時),但剛開始跑~跑不久~
所以都是跑一段累了就快走~一直輪替~
或是在家拉拉筋抬抬腿~
但我有個疑問是~跑步時呼吸的方式 是鼻吸口吐~
我在跑步的時候,也一直記著要一鼻吸一口吐~不要憋氣
但不知道是方式不對還是怎樣?
晚上睡覺偶爾會胸悶~反而不太容易入睡~
請問運動時呼吸沒有順暢會導致胸悶嗎?= =" 還是我為了減肥 壓力太大了...
