跑步突然很累 - 美體

慢跑已經三個禮拜了
剛開始滿辛苦的但已經漸漸習慣不會覺得很累
有時候還覺得居然一下子就跑完了
但是就在昨天我像平常一樣去跑步
跑不到一半就覺得好累好累
結果是硬撐著才跑完= =
我前一天因為失眠所以才睡三個小時左右
然後又幾近滿堂
(雖然最後一節通識有偷睡了一下 XD)
是因為前一天晚上睡眠不足的關係所以導致跑不太動嗎?
還是是所謂的瓶頸之類的???
