跳完有氧之後的收操 - 美體

最近2個星期 參加了有氧的課程
但是2個星期的有氧運動後
突然自己的大腿好像變粗了
可是我跳完之後都有做10分鐘收操運動
而且每天晚上洗完澡後 還會用按摩油按摩腿部
想請問各位板友
是收操時間久不夠嗎~?
那如果多跳瑜珈會有改善嗎~?
