如果每天跳繩10分鐘跳完睡前按摩/刮痧腿部抬腳10分鐘抬腳後再以坐姿體前彎的姿勢拉筋這樣還會長蘿蔔嗎??還有跳繩應腳尖落地還是腳跟落地?
