跳繩的跳法? - 減肥

平常是都用跑步+快走去當作平常時的減肥運動
但是想找個方便的運動來當雨備,讓自己不能把下雨當做藉口不去運動...
精華區的跳繩文章我應該是每篇都看過了(不過我不確定是不是有缺漏)
而我有幾個小問題想問一下有在跳的同好
1.跳繩到底要左右單腳交換跳比較好還是雙腳一起跳呢?
2.一開始大概要跳幾下或者是跳多長的時間呢?
3.如果要加運動量的話,慢慢跳但是拉長時間比較好或者是加快一些速度而且加大總量
會比較好呢?
