在某個調整骨盆的瑜珈老師文章裡看到
她說爬樓梯、踩腳踏車那類的運動
容易讓骨盆&大腿的骨頭移位 變到不正確的位置上
所以屁屁會越來越寬
大腿兩邊突出的那個地方也會變寬
而且屁屁也會因骨盆的角度不對而變垂
所以在做完調整完骨盆瑜珈後
不能爬樓梯 也不能踩腳踏車、滑步機等
想請問大家
這些運動真的會讓屁屁又寬又垂嘛?
因為我本身是大屁屁人阿 真的不想再變大了 (哭著跑走)
而且 如果本身是小胖妹
又不能跑 又不能跳 腳踏車 爬樓梯都不行
那......誰來照顧體重阿?
