我有個小問題:
我的運動是踏飛輪,每周踏3~4天
飛輪上的歡樂卡路里每天600~650卡,約一小時,每次都有踏到19~20公里
踏慢(約60圈)阻力16,要踏快(約100~110圈)則調8,兩者交替使用,
踏重踏慢大約都有35~40分鐘,後者則約15~20分鐘
如果要變瘦是要踏輕還踏重?因為踏重心跳比較多下耶
這樣會不會太傷膝蓋?我左膝有點不舒服,是否要暫停一下,要不要換其他運動?
(除了游泳外,因為我上游泳課時冷斃了QAQ在水裡狂抖)
我只是要問,我的運動模式要不要調整?
飲食部分就還好,因為最近兩周是大餐周,沒變胖我就好家在了@@
只有多一公斤,還在努力瘦下去
順便跟大家分享我最近聽到的好消息,有人說我腰有變細,但臉沒變瘦
以前控制飲食都會先瘦臉跟胸部,現在沒瘦臉但先瘦胸跟腰,腰真的有出來
第一次是先瘦腰這一部份
我身高158公分/體重53公斤,期望能瘦到47公斤,
但我沒節食啦,但會維持每天青菜要有一大盤的量,熱量約1300,喝水28000~3000
我是希望運動變成生活的一環,因為我怕我老化太快,想透過運動保養
等到飛輪不夠力,我想路跑一小時,但目前體力應該還不行
希望大家都能成功達到自己的目標
